What is cognitive training?
Cognitive training is structured practice of thinking abilities: memory, attention, processing speed, cognitive flexibility and problem solving. Each exercise is a short task that engages one specific ability, and the level adapts to you, so the challenge stays pleasant but real.
Our games are built on the kinds of tasks researchers use to measure thinking abilities, such as working-memory tasks and the Stroop test. Want to dig deeper? There is an explainer page for each ability - Memory, Attention, Processing Speed, Cognitive Flexibility and Problem Solving - including references to the research itself.
Daily training is short, about 10 minutes a day, straight from the browser with nothing to download. Start free, try a few games and see what fits you.
